Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the product/s please contact us at support@michimish.com  Please include your order number and the reason why you are not satisfied.  Be advised that you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you placed your order, after the 14th day your product is no longer eligible for a refund. NOTE: If you would like to return an item you will be responsible for shipping costs.


Our customer service team will review your refund request and will provide further instructions if your request is approved.  The return items must be in the original package, including (if any) accessories, manuals and documentation.  The return items must be unworn,  in the same condition that it was sent to you and be in the original package.  We will not accept any merchandise that has been stained, folded cards, broken seals or plastic sheets. If the returned item is not in acceptable conditions we reserve the right not to return or exchange it.  Products that have been personalized are not eligible for refunds or exchange.

Non refundable items include items that were purchased through retailers, wrong products purchased and products damaged due to customer handling.  MichiMish reserves the right to generate any returns. 

WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT? 

Please contact our customer service team via email at support@michimish.com to start the return process.  Please include the following information:

  •  Order number
  •  Proof of purchase 
  •  Video or photo of product to be returned (if processed)
  •  Full shipping address
  • Phone number

In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or picture of the defective product as proof to be able to refund or replace the product. 

HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE? 

Returns may take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.  For returned items a full refund will be credited for the products.  For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.  If payment was made using a debit or credit card refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned item or of the cancellation request.  Contact the card issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. 

If you have not yet received a credit for your return, this is what you should do: 

Contact the bank or credit card company.  It may take some time before the refund is credited to your account.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER? 

We allow you to modify the data of an order or cancel it within 72 hours from purchase. To do so, send an email to our address support@michimish.com providing your order number and your purpose.  Our service team will be happy to help you.
